The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but some areas were a bit lacking. The service was friendly and helpful but had some inconsistencies. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even accommodated my pets. The staff was friendly and helpful, attending to our needs promptly. The location was central to many activities in the Black Hills area. Although the breakfast and dining experience had some issues, overall, it was a good value for the price.
